Ways to order
1. MAIL in your order using an order form you can download from the website.
Pre-payment is required for orders under $20. Please fill out our form as
completely as possible (even if you are using a purchase order). Total
your order, be sure to add shipping and handling, and include your check or money
2. Use a MASTER
CARD, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS or DISCOVER to
place your orders. Credit card orders may be called in 1-800-795-9295, faxed in 1-16-881-7177, placed
on our website or mailed using an order form downloaded from this website.
3. You may FAX us
your order if it's for $20 or more. Complete an order form with your Purchase
Order number (if necessary) and fax it to 216=881=7177. Purchase orders under
$20 will be charged an additional $10 fee.
4. PHONE orders, 1-800-795-9295, can only be placed using your credit card. Please have your
completed order on hand. All other orders must be mailed or fax (see above).
5. Order on our WEBSITE, www.noodlesoup.com, using a credit card or a purchase order.
Payment is due on any invoiced
order within 30 days. We will not ship new orders if you have past due invoices.
We ship by Federal Express, US Postal or by UPS.
If you have a preference, please note it on the order form. Otherwise, your
order will be shipped the most efficient way possible.
Let us know if you have a specific delivery date
in mind. We try to ship all orders as fast as possible. However, 1) very
large orders, 2) orders that contain items being printed, or 3) orders
being customized can take up to 4-8 weeks.
We will be happy to ship orders by Federal Express
overnight or second day air if you are in a hurry. Additional shipping charges
will vary due to delivery location and weight. Call us at 1-800-795-9295
or 216-881-0083 for pricing and to arrange for rush shipping. Sorry, no rush
orders on customized items.
Canadian and International orders can not be placed on our website. You must call 1-800-795-9295 to place your order or fax it to 1=216=881=7177.
Fax us orders over $20 and
we will figure the shipping and handling for you. For orders under $20 please
contact us by fax or phone and have your completed order on hand. We must
weigh it before we can quote a price. All inquiries must be in English. Include
your fax and phone numbers. Packages may incur brokerage charges that we
cannot be responsible for. Orders over $1600.00 may incur a tariff. Payments must be made in U.S. dollars.

or look under Customized Products in the Category bar on the left. Sorry, rush delivery is not available on customized items, approximate delivery time is 4 to 8 weeks.
Artwork can be submitted 3 ways. 1) Mail
us a hard copy of your art. It must be a large, clean, black and white version.
Please do not fax the artwork. 2) Mail us a disk, or 3) Transmit
by e-mail. If sending your art on disk or electronically, save it in either a tiff,
eps or high res jpeg format, at 800 dpi. We cannot accept faxed art or MS
Word documents. E-mail artwork to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns and exchanges
We must be notified within 60 days (from
our ship date) of any returns, exchanges or errors. Once 60 days have expired,
we assume you accepted your order "as is" and no further changes
can be made. Any returns, exchanges or refunds on dvds or videos must be made within
30 days. Customers are responsible for shipping fees on returned merchandise, unless we shipped the wrong items.

We respect the privacy of our customers, we do not disclose personal financial information. We use a Secure Sockets Layer on our website transmissions to protect personal financial information. We only reveal the last four digits of a credit card number when printing orders.
We do use a third party services to delete duplications in our mailing list and for mailing catalogs. This is the only third party that receives any personal mailing information from our company. These third parties also do not sell this information to any other companies.
We normally do not disclose personal information to law enforcement or other government officials without a subpoena, court order or substantially similar legal documentation. However, we will disclose information if required to help prevent: theft, financial loss or other suspected illegal activity.
Noodle Soup does not sell to minors or people under the age of 18. If you wish to purchase from us please ask an adult or order for you.
