18" Breastfeeding for Goodness Sakes mylar balloons come with a 6 foot attached ribbon and are shipped flat, so you will need to inflate them with helium or regular air. You can get the balloons inflated with helium at most supermarkets, floral departments, party stores or hospital gift shops. You can also rent small tanks of helium or blow them up yourself using a straw.
