These 18" heart shaped mylar balloons have either the girl art or the boy art printed on one side, the other side is solid silver. The balloons are shipped flat, so you will need to inflate them with helium or regular air. You can get the balloons inflated with helium at most supermarkets, floral departments, party stores or hospital gift shops. You can also rent small tanks of helium or blow them up yourself using a straw. Balloons come with a 6 foot attached ribbon Message reads either It's a Girl. or It's a Boy.
