Returns and Exchanges

We must be notified within 60 days (from our ship date) of any returns, exchanges or errors. Once 60 days have expired, we assume you accepted your order "as is" and no further changes can be made.

Any returns, exchanges or refunds on dvds or videos must be made within 30 days.
Customers are responsible for shipping fees on returned merchandise, unless we shipped the wrong item.
