3-Section Divided Plate for Babies & Toddlers – Best Plate with sections for Picky Eaters
This individually sold 3-section Divided Plate with sections encourages and reminds parents to serve a variety of foods to their children. Use the plate in conjunction with the government “Choose MyPlate guidelines.” The largest section of the divided plate is meant to contain fruits and vegetables, while the other two hold grains and protein. If the child does not finish the food, just snap on the lid, to store it easily.
Children love this plate, as they think they own it and it just belongs to them. Also, it’s a perfect plate for picky eaters who don’t like one food to touch another food. 1” high rim helps children capture the food against “the wall” better than on a flat plate.
The 3-section divided plate is BPA-free and are top rack dishwasher safe. Each plate, with cover, measures 7″ across. The largest section of the divided plate holds 1 cup. The two smaller sections hold ½ cup each.
To clean: Wash before initial use. Dishwasher-safe (top rack only) or wash in warm water using mild liquid soap. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Combination Plate with Sections for Babies Toddlers
Sometimes, the 3-Section divided plate is referred to as a combination plate. Don’t let this confuse you as these terms are interchangeable.
Are Divided Plates Bad for Kids?
Divided plates are specially designed to allow children to separate their food while allowing an easier eating experience due to their 1″ high walls. When babies and toddlers first learn to eat with a spoon or fork, the 1″ walls makes things much easier for them as they can use it to help them scoop the food much easier without the mess of food being pushed off the plate.
Why Do Toddler Plates Have Dividers?
Toddler plates have dividers to help minimize mess. As previously mentioned, having a divided plate with 1″ high walls allows the children to eat much easier since they can learn to scoop the food. Even as adults, we sometimes can’t “stick a fork in it”. Toddlers are no different except they have a more difficult time that us.
Let’s make your baby or toddlers eating experience easier while making it less messy. Order your 3-section divider plate today!
