Our ABDC crib cards are the perfect size for bassinets, 4¾ x 3″ folded and 4¾ x 6″ unfolded. For HIPPA, cards are designed to fold in half allowing the patient information to be on the inside. Cards come in shrink wrapped packs of 100, printed on both sides with English on one side and Spanish on the other.
Crib card lists the ABCD’s of safe sleep. Alone, on the Back, in a Crib and Don’t Smoke around the baby.
The insides of the ABCD crib cards have space for the baby’s name, birth date, time and length. There’s also spaces for weight, mom’s name, doctor’s name and the name of the health care provider.
