Breastfeeding balloons are attention grabbers

18″ mylar balloons ship flat, so you will need to inflate them with helium or regular air. Have the balloons inflated with helium at supermarkets, floral departments, party stores or hospital gift shops. You can also rent small tanks of helium or blow them up yourself using a straw. Balloons come with a 6 foot attached ribbon.
